Thankies :) As I said, Joana helped me to solve it out. Basicly, I cropped the picture so I got a 100x100 icon. Then used blur (radial), played around with the intensity or however is it called and also played around with the focus of the blur. Then again, I opened the first picture( the basic one, the one I started with), cropped again, had this picture a bit smaller than the blured one. selected a circle, inverted and deleted selection, so the only thing that i had was the circle and whats inside of it. that was for the first icon. The other one was the same way, just got the back layer b/w and then continued, expanded the cicrle a bit and also blurred, so i got blurred edges of the colored pic :)
